Cutter's Cry is a lvl 38 Dungeon that is optional. It is a pretty technical dungeon for the first and last boss, and most parties will fail on the first boss very easily. GENERAL TIPS:- There is a lot of trash but after the first boss you do not need to clear the other rooms, just enough to get to the treasure chest and the pit down.
- There is a lot of movement you have to do in this dungeon. Get used to it. That's the theme of the dungeon.
BOSS 1 (Myrmidon Princess):- Fight type: Tank and Spank - AND KITE!
- Myrmidon Princess has a frontal cleave, stay behind her. DPS need to not get hit during this fight as it will put a big strain on the healer.
- DPS needs to save CDs for when Myrmidon Princess hits 50%.
- At 50% boss will summon a million adds. The tank SHOULD NOT attempt to get aggro on them. Healer will have aggro from regen/heals/etc. Healer needs to kite the adds away from boss
- DPS at 50% need to power through and quickly kill the boss.
- Healer cannot kite near the boss at all, else, Myrmidon Marshall will heal the princess if she is in proximity.
BOSS 2 (Giant Tunnel Worm):- Fight type: Movement - Heal intensive
- Boss is pretty simple. Tank and spank the boss in the middle of the room until it burrows.
- At burrow, everyone should run to the edge of the room. Puffs of sand will fly up and start coming at somebody. Run away from the puffs. They do damage. When the boss emerges, there will be an AOE that is damaging.
- Boss will periodically throw a dot on party members. Dot will need to be esuna'd immediately, or at last Regen'd through. It is important that all members stay over 70% hp.
- At 50% when Boss burrows, he will cause a quick sand effect that damage the party for half of their hp. Coupled with sand poofs, this can be killer, so healers need to be very wary.
- After first quick sand, the boss will quick sand every other burrow.
BOSS 3 (Chimera):- Fight type: Positioning
- Through out the fight, the chimera's eyes will change color causing the whole party to move.
- Burning Blue - Move away from the boss, the boss is going to cast an ice AOE hitting everything around him for a lot of damage.
- Burning Violet - Move into melee range of the boss! The boss is going to case a lightning storm to everything not in melee range for a log of damage.
- Focusing on You - A black ball will spawn and begin moving at a hero. After a few seconds it will explode in an aoe. Everyone needs to avoid the aoe (800 dmg) so if you're focused, try and move it away. To note, the eyes will still burn certain colors making it very difficult to run from the ball AND into or out of melee range. Just try to avoid this as best as possible as the ball is slow moving.
